We use the highest quality materials available to make each leash. We use best practices and care in manufacturing each leash by hand. If there is a problem with your leash and you need to initiate a warranty claim, please provide a picture of the leash defect and include the leash's date of purchase. We will contact you with your warranty claim return instructions.

5 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: LAK9s Merchandise Inc. warrants our leashes to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

· Any condition resulting from chewing or biting.

· Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use
for which the product was not intended.
